System Engineer (VMware)

Responsibilities
- Manage VMware Infrastructure including vSphere ESX, vCenter , vRealize and related software
- Manage OpenStack private cloud Infrastructure
- Support day-to-day operation, incident and change related to VMware and OpenStack infrastructure.
- Investigate problem and coordinate with peers/cross team to perform root cause analysis
- Monitor status, usage and performance of VMware and OpenStack farm
- Analyze information for continuous improvement and capacity planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT fields
- At least 3 years knowledge in VMware and/or OpenStack
- Knowledge of public cloud (ex: AWS, GCP, Azure) will be considered
- Good troubleshooting and analytic skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication in both Thai and English
- Ability to work as a team and individual
