Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Service Delivery Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing IT infrastructure, service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage service delivery on IT infrastructure, including AS400, Unix, Windows, Middleware, Network, Cloud, and Openshift.
    • Knowledge of  Digital Workplace Support, including end-user service desk and deskside support, and ATM monitoring.
    • Ensure delivered services meet SLA on incident resolution and availability.
    • Regularly engage with senior leadership for operation reporting and identifying improvement areas.
    • Ability to look at cost optimization for hardware, software, labor, and third-party vendor services.

Qualifications

Experiences:
  • Over 20 years of experience in IT service delivery and infrastructure management.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects, including data center relocations and system migrations.
  • Extensive experience in leading teams and managing people, including career development, skill development, performance evaluation, and promotion.
  • Strong background in middleware, database administration, and Unix systems.
Skills:
  • Experience in RedHat Linux, Microsoft Windows Server
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure
  • Familiar with various Database technology such as DB2, Oracle, PostgreSQL
  • Familiar with middleware
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and above. Major related to computer sciences will be a plus
Certifications:
  • Technical certificate such as from Microsoft, IBM, AWS is a plus
  • Operation Certification such as ITIL is a plus
